Ebay?
At the current time, we are
accepting new accounts for resale
on Ebay. However, special conditions
apply and we reserve
the right to stop accepting new Ebay
resellers at any time
in the future (existing accounts
will not be affected at that
point). Please let us know if you
are an Ebay reseller upon
opening your account.

We will ship to Canada and most
overseas locations. If you

| 6. What
costs are associated with
shipping?
U.S. Orders of $100 or more receive
free shipping. International
orders of $250 or more receive free
shipping as well. Orders
under those amounts will be charged
a flat rate, based on actual shipping and handling costs. Please keep in mind, if
you are outside of the
U.S., customs charges may apply to
your packages, which is
payable by the recipient at the time

| 7. What
is your return policy?
Returns must be initiated within 10
days of order receipt.
Items may be returned, at customer
expense, for merchandise
credit equal to product cost, minus
5% restocking fee. All
returns are subject to
authorization. Returns that are a result
of a damaged shipment must be well
documented and all original
packaging must be retained. Please
notify
us immediately if there are any
problems with your shipment
or if, after receiving shipment
confirmation, you do not receive
your order in a reasonable period of
time.

evaluating the incorporation
of this policy for customers in
good-standing, but do not

I use Eyeletopia!™ Web site
images and color names in
my advertising and on my Web
site?
For online stores who purchase our
wholesale items (not bulk), we require
the use of our brand name as well as color names in your
online advertising. Our product images can be used as
well, but are not required. For all other types of
purchases (bulk), we encourage you to use our color
names and images in your
advertising. However, any use of
these images and color names
MUST be accompanied by reference to
Eyeletopia!™ in
the form of written text and a copy
of the Eyeletopia!™
logo. Use of our images and color
names is NOT permitted if
no reference will be made to the
brand name. Eyeletopia!™ Exclusive Designs are
copyrighted designs and also require brand referencing
in your online advertising.

catalog?
Unfortunately, we do not currently
have a printed catalog at this time. To view our
products, please register for an account and you will be
given access to our online store.

information: 1. short description of your store. 2.
